Godrej Interio, the furniture division of Godrej & Boyce, aims to boost its e-commerce revenue to 10% by FY25. The company has expanded its delivery network to 17,200 pin codes across India. Their website features AI-driven tools like a ‘visual search’ that recommends products based on customer-uploaded images, and a furniture exchange program for trading old items.
Integrating their dealer network into the e-commerce platform allows for direct ordering and nationwide delivery. Currently, Godrej Interio operates in over 450 cities with 450 exclusive showrooms and 520 dealer outlets. They plan to add 104 new stores, expanding retail space by over 200,000 sq. ft. by the end of FY25. Dev Sarkar, Senior Vice President at Godrej Interio, emphasized that enhancing the consumer experience is central to their e-commerce strategy, aiming to deepen engagement with customers across India.
